I recently got an xbox one s for Christmas today it turned on with a white screen saying update in progress and only reahed 51% then brings me to the black screen with something went wrong, I attempted everything online is prompting me to do, including
the offline with the usb. got the file on there and now it wont let me choose that option on the screen. the error is as follows

E100 00000703 80910002

I have held the bind buttons and the other button the power button unplugged and everything leads me right back to the same screens.

If you can't resolve the issue the xbox is under warranty send it back should be fixed or replaced free of charge as it may be a hardware issue

Have you tried resetting your router or gateway device? Unplug for at least 30 seconds and then plug it back in. After all the normal lights have come back on, do a network test and then hopefully the update will be able to complete.

Updaate, I was able to download the hard copy successfully by going offline. As soon as the download was complete, I went back online and downloaded the update. Everything was successful. Hopefully it works for the rest of you.

I see, sometimes the GT changes can take a little bit to be updaated. Let´s wait 24hrs to see if it appears on the network.

There should be no problem as I was able to see your profile with the GT change

Same thing happened to me and I had to go buy a new exbox. I did everything I could. There is a way to do a complete reset and download new files that are not corrupted but you have to download all you games again. Be sure to ask xbox support first
though so you don't lose anything. Good luck.
