Dear Xbox Support,

I tried your online chat, I tried to contact you via twitter, I posted this since 13th of December in the forums and no reply!

I bought Rare Replay, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition*, Forza Motorsport 6*, Halo 5: Guardians*, Rise of the Tomb Raider*

But I only got the rewards points for Rare Replay and Halo 5: Guardians. I didn't get the rewards points for the rest of the games that I bought!

Kindly assist or give me another method of contact!

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

If you are thinking about buying gold then do it with my referral as you can get 5,000 XBL reward credits. What do I get? I get 1,000 credits if you buy gold when I refer you.

Xbox Live Reward credits can be deposited into your local currency after you get 1,000. You also get exclusive offers sometimes and can get thing cheaper. There are also offers that will earn you credits like pre-ordering games. more info is here: Xbox Live Rewards

Just to make clear as I know some people get confused this is a referral to buy gold. Not to sign up to xbox live rewards.

Xbox Live rewards is free to sign up to by the way!

If you want to get some credits for XBL Rewards then comment your Xbox Gamertag and I will reply back when the referral is sent!

The £5 you added to your account will not show up as Rewards credits. Only credits you have earned from other offers on the site will show up.

As mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/43d99f1d-acc6-4814-8372-cb5214ae1863), we already adjusted these Credits. Our initial adjustment
of 5000 was deposited with various survey Credits on March 30th. Our second adjustment after your further complaint of 10,000 was deposited on April 13th. These will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).
Furthermore, 150,000 Rewards Credits would be 150 USD. We do not have any offers that would have awarded this much.

Unfortunately you need to purchase the games through the xbox store, so if you purchases through Gamestop, then it won't count

Take from the Rewards page:

When you purchase or pre-order any of these landmark games from the Xbox Store, you'll earn up to 6,000 Rewards Credits per title, totalling up to 25,000 Rewards Credits. If you purchased or pre-ordered a game before 27 October 2015, you won't be rewarded
for that individual purchase, but you WILL be one step closer to collecting all five games for a bonus of 35,000 Rewards Credits — meaning that all together, up to 60,000 Rewards Credits can be yours!*

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

While we have heard news from our purchase source that processing may be delayed, we do not expect this to overly affect this offer. It should show up by the end of tomorrow, at the very latest.
