I'm trying to fixa payment issue but every time I try to pay now it sends me to support.. Which sends me to pay the fee.. Which sends me to support...

xbox live is still having problems, bud. I had problems earlier today playing halo online myself. i'm probably not going to renew my subscription in a year when it comes up

support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription this will help you cancel auto renewal. By the way most Debt card when you can cancel it and order a new one they usually try to set up so it will not cause any problems with Auto renewal stuff you
may have.

I have the same problem in that I cannot get into xbox live even tho my subscription was good up until the end of February. There was no notice at all.

There was this problem before and a computer guy came and sorted it all. And it has just satarted to muck up just now when i bought my xbox live gold subscription.
