    Up button not working for Zoo Notifications


    Hello my wife is on Tutorial 6 (Xbox One) and the game tries to tell her to push the up arrow to check notifications. This does not work at all. No notifications pop up so she can't complete the tutorial. Has anyone else run into this issue?

    Zoo Tycoon - Notification Menu not working

    Hey! Had this problem today, not sure if it's still bothering you. You have to go onto your start menu and go to options, from there go down to gameplay and change it from notifications disabled to enabled. Hope this helped!

    Hey! Had this problem today, not sure if it's still bothering you. You have to go onto your start menu and go to options, from there go down to gameplay and change it from notifications disabled to enabled. Hope this helped!

    can you temp. block all messages & online status updates?

    still not working,

    press the guide button,then move right twice to preferences,move down to notifications.

    this gives you a few options on disabling them.

    -

    having them totally off also stops achievement notifications from popping up too.

    I'm not sure this is useful but try this.

    When you see a pop-up notification and want to view it, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller. If you miss the pop-up notification, press the Xbox button to open
    the guide, and then select System > Notifications to view it there.

    To change your notification settings, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Preferences > Notifications.
    You can choose what to do with individual Xbox and app notifications (or turn all notifications off), adjust the duration of pop-up notifications, and more.
