Unwarrented 14 Day Ban & The Website Isnt Working

OKAY please excuse my frustration but you'll understand...

On Saturday (18th) I received an enforcement action (note: it is only my 2nd offense, and my 1st offense wasnt even a month ago (keep in mind this is NOT a new account). FYI the first offense was a 24 hr suspensiom from chat because a group of younger players
reported an entire chat party i was in which the host had invited via the Looking For Group system but made it clear NO KIDS but they kept joining until finally one of them told the host that him and every player online on his friends would be reported (didnt
say for what. The host blocked him before it continued, myself and another guy werent even paying attention - not even interacting with the guy - yet we ALL got suspended from communication services (fact, i was with two of them when they got their notice).

Same thing this time. Probably not the same players (doubtful) but somebody got their friends to report me for chat behavior (maybe if it wasnt so beyond effective!!!!!!

I know i couldnt have earned that suspension (particularly this one) because im epileptic, had a seizure on the 12th and im just now recovering from the injuries enough to play again (for the record, they are not due to flashing lights / games, thats a different
type). I have been offline during Battlefield 1's first release which i paid extra to play EARLY WITHIN THESE LAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE IT IS RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC BUUUUUUT GUESS WHAT?! I CANT ENJOY IT BECAUSE I CANT COMMUNICATE! WHY? Great question, aside from
chat in battlefield makes it infinitely better, but really the question is why is this CLEARLY UNWARRENTED SUSPENSION not lifted already when i was cleared for review almost 24 hours ago! I literally paid the full retail price of a game i already have JUST
TO PLAY THESE EXACT TWO WEEKS IVE BEEN SUSPENDED FOR.

One semi-related thing...

Why... W-H-Y... Can children report adults to the point where the adult's account gets suspended without the enforcement team looking at it until the suspension has already been started. I mean its pretty obvious these suspensions dont get looked into very
well if at all prior to review.

Unable to open case review

Hello

I got mysteriously banned from all communcations the other day... its was unwarrented and lacked sufficent evidence. I would like to prove it by opening a formal review.. but I am unable too complete the process through you website. Any help would be appreciated.
This is incredibly frustrating when you haven't done anything wrong.. I am not purfect but I didn't nothing to warrant a communication ban.

Reminder--

Nobody except the OP claimed the Ban was unwarrented.

I was also unaware of prestige in WAW....... But, WHY is this topic still a thing????

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Every report is thoroughly investigated before any action is carried out.These investigations take time so a suspension could be for something you did several weeks ago or even longer.

The length of a suspension isn't just based on how many enforcement actions you had against you in the past,it is also based on the severity of the offence.
