Unwarranted suspension/ Compensation

So I spoke to to reps from Xbox support about this and nobody seems to have answers. I was given a two week communication suspension which I submitted a case review for. After 4 days the enforcement team came back and said the suspension was unwarranted.
Am I not supposed to get some time of compensation for limiting my services? There is no way to contact or submit a complaint on the enforcement page as case reviews are one sided conversation, and Xbox support has no knowledge on the matter. So am I supposed
to get suspended for no reason and just let it go?

There is no direct contact number or email to the enforcement team. Only way of getting in contact with them is via the case review. Support will not be able to assist with enforcement action either as they do not have the access to that system.

A one day ban is one thing and cant be appealed so that's fine but in your case it was 2 weeks but lasted 4 days after which they said it wasnt warranted?

So as you have paid for 4 days you been unable to access for I think they should cover that, should but unknown if would.

If it was a case of the ban was reviewed and deemed excessive that's different as a ban was still enforced but as you state it was revoked I think you have a fair point

One option, you could see about starting a class action lawsuit. I was also banned and given a **** excuse for it happening. We pay for a service they can restrict at will? In the terms and conditions their has to be something inappropriate. In the last
2 weeks thousands of people have been banned. I think it has something to do with the new text communication filters. In any case we should have been made aware as consumers and been immediately unsuspended as they work out their issues. This here might get
me banned but I'm screen shorting it just to be sure. Post on YouTube or twitter looking for others who had this happen. Their is also a new thing called the consumer protection act. Look in to it. A apology and admission of fault goes a long way. They take
our buiness for granted. Its unfortunate. I know you probably won't follow up. I don't plan to as their are way bigger things to worry about, mostly biblical end time prophecies coming to a climax just as predicted. God bless.

There's no compensation given if you were given a suspension and it's overturned.

Hello, if Xbox Enforcement has said that your case and ban was unwarranted then you should have the right to complain againgst the ban that was opposed on you. If there is no direct way of complaining on the Xbox Enforcement website, then I suggest contacting
them directly via telephone or email to submit your complaint againgst there actions as they dont use the xbox forums to communicate. They might give you free Microsoft points or xbox live time for your trouble. Hope this helps and good luck.
