Unwarranted Console Ban??!

so about 51 hours again i was hit with a console ban. idk why. so i looked up the reasoning as to why.

Says the main things are tampered devices, phishing or trying to impersonate, and for hateful speech/repeated infractions.

ive been with the xbox community coming up on 9 years now. only 6 violations in that time frame. two this year for posts. very far apart.

i do not have a tampered device, ill send the dang thing in to prove it. warranty sticker still on it, all original manufacturer parts.

i do not send messages to people, let alone rude ones. thats clear for microsoft to see.

i do not pretend to be someone else on xbox, yet again i dont even send messages.

i have not received any documentation to my email regarding any type of suspension and its been over the allotted 48 hour time frame.

I am borrowing a friends console, and i get on and my account isnt banned. nor are there any messages explaining any type of enforcement.

Can someone tell me whats up minus the whole 'check this website for device bans' . Ive already looked at the all the websites containing information, and what im thinking is they just bricked my 500 dollar console without reasoning nor warning. How can
this even be possible, let alone illegal. i Know the TOS well, so forget about that.

UNwarranted Console Ban

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below, because they do not discuss console bans.

My son was playing xbox and for no reason a xbox ban came up on this console and no rules or fradulent activites or no modifications have been done so I'd like an explaination as to why this has happened because it came out of no where. Xbox may have a glitch
of some sort but this needs to be taken care of as soon as possible, please look into this and hopefully reinstate back my son's console as soon as possible or contact me to let me know the reasoning for this mishap, because I cant possibly see any explanation
behind this ban that a child with a disability could have possibly done to have this happen. PLEASE RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY XBOX ENFORCEMENT TEAM..Thank you!

P.S. This is completely unfair that the enforcement team can just ban your xbox console without an explanation after we pay good money for the xbox console as well as alot of money for the 1 year gold memebership and follow all the rules and terms and this
happens. Please contact ASAP or RECTIFY ASAP

it will take you to a complete Enforcement history of the account you are signed into.



Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
