Unwarranted ban with no explanation

so i just got banned from social, i cant use the chats or message my friends or anyone. I contacted support and they told me to ask for a case review. i followed the proper channels and asked for a review. the review came back as upheld. they gave me absolutely
no reason for this or any evidence that what was said about me was true. i was told that i was threatening other players. here is the response. "suspension for harassing other players with misogynistic language while on Xbox Live." this is an outrage! i don't
ever use game chat and i always play with only my friends. so my problem is that with no evidence what so ever i was banned and there is nothing i can do about it. The fact that if i wanted to (which i don't) i could click on some random player and report
them and write some nasty fake lie about how they "hurt my feelings" and i can effectively get them banned from a SERVICE THAT THEY PAY FOR simply because i felt like it. not only that but the support system that they have in place is horrible, you can emial
anyone and there is noone to call. the only thing that they will tell you is" we are sorry sir, there isnt anything we can do" well, what you can do is fix your broken support system and help the people that pay for your service! ok i think my rant is
over.

console ban with no explanation

hi all im an irish gamer with 2 years gameing with xbox..at the start of this month i got a console ban..had people from xbox look at my console and account and my billing history and they found notting...so why am i still banned and now i cant even post
on the main forum's to find out whats going on..dose any one know any person who could help me...GT (STAPO12) HOPE TO HERE FROM SOMEONE SOON

Unwarranted Ban

you could have team killed some one else as well and not have noticed to there is lots of reasons you could have been booted

They will not provide any specifics on the suspension only general rules that were broken. Since the decision was upheld and the enforcement team is the only ones that deal with suspensions you will have to wait out the suspension

I killed a guy for standing around and doing nothing most of the whole match but just as soon as I did he booted me, nice how he starts doing something after that, hope he had fun since I was the last member of his team who hadn't abandoned him. I never
got banned though.

The Best answer is, It depends.

A lot of things could happen while he and you are playing.

You could have accidentally shot him, ran him over, blown him up.

If you excessively kill someone, they immediately have control over banning you or not.
