unwarranted account suspensions by the enforcement team

the first time they got me suspended for communication i didnt even use profanity but i found out thats what i was reported for doing. thing is i know these guys personally i worked with one of em. they were the sons of another coworker and the trouble
maker of the two is just a kid. technically a teenager but still a kid since he was under 18.

 

wasnt retaliation i simply informed them of what was going to happen after they violated the COC first. my violation came after this happened.

 

Maybe you should read exactly what the first amendment is First Amendment

 

Microsoft won't consider you as Human being, we are just some kind of next gen slaves for these people. Don't forget you're not, we diserve respect for what we truly are.

Enforcement system is a wide trap, let me explain:

"A" and "B" two gold members on xbox live

A is reported by B because he said " [Mod Removed – Profanity] "

B is reported by A for harrasment

Both of them are guilty but only A will be punished, why ?

Its simple, "C" an enforcement team member (no idea where/who the [Mod Removed – Profanity]
is this guy ) was just after A and B reports, and as a normal human being he took a decision based on his own perception of the situation ( doesn't mean he's right )

MC gives the right to destroy your gamer's life, to volunteer(?) that nobody knows or can identify, without any risk for these same people to face any rule.

Just mind that some troll can report anybody for anything without any problems, make you lose at least your games licences for being multiple time banned.

And I CAN tell you games licences are under buyers property, its law and proof that enforcement measures are not legal, even if MC "keep the right to do" its not legit.

The only defence for us players is to take juridic actions because you wont ever be agreed by MC to complain, they will make you lose time until you die from it.

MC is guilty of misinformation, doesn't respect the human rights, is creating a psycho and oppressive community, and surely responsible (but not guilty here ) of an impressive IRL issues like Columbine slaughter for example.

Believe me a lot of ppl would join you on a massive juridic action, even some politics and medias would support you...

 

Ok, I'll paint a little picture for you.

You're in lets say Disney Land and you and your mates are walking down the street, both of you are swearing at each at the top of your voices and shouting abuse at other people. Do you think using the freedom of speech act would protect you?

Its the same on Xbox Live, you don't know who is playing, there could be little kids and there could be adults. Microsoft takes the stance that its best to cautious and blanket ban all abusive languor/messages.

If you don't like it you can happily go and see if the grass is greener on the other side, but be warned, people on the PlayStation side of the tracks get banned for abusive language/messages all the time.

Xbox Live is actually NOT violating your right to free speech and the portion of the first ammendment i have put in bold here is why.

The first ammendment never protected your free speech when it comes to private companies or organizations and only ever protected you from the Government from censoring your speech on public property.

Private companies and organizations are free to set forth their own rules and restrictions on their services and are free to enforce those rules as they see fit (including censoring you) . This is something
that has been ruled as constitutional by the U.S. Supreme court on plenty of occasions.

This is the reason facebook can get away with putting you in "facebook jail" if your posts go against their rules.

 

Freedom of speech does not exist on xbox live. You agreed to a set of rules when you created the account. You broke those rules. and rightfully got suspended.

The people who were killing you in game did nothing wrong in my opinion. PVP is part of the game. You have the option to not engage and they will do minimal damage to you until you decide to fight back

 

You may want to read Sony's code of conduct because they have the same rules.

Viral Cyrix " there is a passive mode. If you do not want to play online with other players, then feel free to switch the game mode. Also if you feel the players are toxic then follow these rules of
