unwanted jigsaws on my screen

On Windows 10 pull up the start menu

Locate Microsoft Jigsaw then right click, then click on More, then click on App settings.

In the App settings screen for Microsoft Jigsaw turn off the permissions for Camera, Documents, and Background apps.

Then click the Terminate button, exit the App settings screen, then start the Microsoft Jigsaw app. This process has worked for me

several times when after a Windows Update has occurred, Jigsaw experiences the black screen spinning wheel scenario.

The only way I could get the ad to disappear was to close out the program. Then when I reopened the program it reappeared. I notice that it jumps from one game to another in MS solitaire collection.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I am using the free Solitaire that comes with Windows 10. I am used to seeing ads every so often. The ad I was speaking of was from "Oyun.se" whom I have never heard of and it will sit on the screen forever if I don't completely shut down Solitaire, there is no other way to get out of it. I was worried that this is some type of virus that has become embedded in Solitaire.

While playing solitaire using the Microsoft free version of Solitaire I keep getting a pop up called OYUN.se. I see other people have reported the same issue but I have not seen a resolution. The advertisement that pops up is for some other free game site but it will not allow you to get rid of the ad. At times it will disappear but pop up if I choose to use another game while using this same program. How do I get rid of this?

I was about to ask you if this happens only when the game (Klondike Solitaire) is the only app running on your PC. If that would be the case, you can definitely reach out to support for this. If not, then there is a possibility that you will need to narrow down the apps you open with the game so you will know what triggers the advertisement to show. Would that be the game (Klondike Solitaire) or other apps (like browser).
