Unwanted download of Halo5!

Hey Microsoft,

I started my xbox one to find out that I have Halo 5 installed on my xbox one. (which I can't start because I didn't buy it)

But...

I didn't buy the game! So how can 54,8GB be downloaded over my internetline and installed on my harddrive without ANY interaction from me?

I checked my recent purchases and nothing.

I deleted the game and it doesn't pop up on the 'games you can install' list.

Can Microsoft install their 'flagship' games on my xbox without my consent??????

I want to know how this game of 54,8GB ended up on my XBOX one !

You login into halo5 and download the packs (I downloaded them myself )

 

I am having problems downloading halo 5

i need help i have not been able to download halo5 i have reset and turned off and restarted download and it still wont install

 

Did someone make your console for something they shouldnt be doing like sharing games?

Its easy set your console as your own home console

 

Home console is meant for the users family and theirselves use not for sharing games with the neighborhood

As what ngocphi explained. You might have assigned another profile on the console as your home xbox. With that being the case. Whenever the owner of that account purchase or install a new app on his console, it will also do the same on your end since the
license is being shared on your console.

Microsoft or Xbox does not have any remote access to customer's console to install a game intentionally to promote them but then won't allow the customer to play them since they didn't own them on the first place.

 

It happened around the same time that I've pre-ordered Fallout 4.

Maybe it mixed something up. (pre-order went alright.) I've read somewhere else that also pre-ordered around the same time and got halo 5 too.
