Unwanted auto rotation in xbox apps

I'm afraid that this just looks like the app design at the moment. It would be worth putting this down at the

request a feature to let them know.

I would find it very frustrating having to keep changing the rotation of my device because of the app design. Hopefully they will allow auto rotate on the apps soon for your sanity!

- From the right edge of the screen, swipe left to display the charms menu.

- Tap Settings.

- Tap Screen (located in the lower-right).

- Tap the Turn on auto rotate icon Autorotate on (to unlock rotation) or tap the Turn off auto rotate icon Autorotate off (to lock rotation).

If you don't see the Rotation Lock option in the Action Center, press and hold for 3 seconds/right-click on a blank space and on the Action Center and click Edit.

You may then try to Add the Rotation Lock option.

You may also Enable/Disable Rotation Lock through Windows Settings > System > Display then look for the Rotation lock toggle under Display resolution.

For the meantime, try to check if you have enabled auto rotate option of your device. This feature will automatically matches your screen's orientation.

2. Select Accessibility.
   
3. Select Auto-rotate screen.

Yes, the auto renewal can be an issue. If you signed up for a 12 month Gold Membership, the auto renewal was most likely automatically on. If you did have an unwanted renewal, contact 1 800 4 MY XBOX. Auto renewal can be turned off in the billing options
at Xbox.com or through the phone.

To keep unwanted people off your account do not make it auto sign in and apply a password.
