    Hi,

    it's the first time I use Xbox on Windows 10. After buying Forza Horizon 3 this morning, I've tried to start it and enjoy it. Didn't happend. I'm stuck at the launch screen, the game letting me know that my "profile is unvalid".

    The screenshot being in french, here's the translation :

    Unvalid profile. The Forza Horizon profile that you're trying to load isn't available anymore. Please contact the Xbox Technical Support.

    I can t start the game. It says me delete your profile and create a new profile.

    LOCKED - suspended accont due to failure to renew subscription

    i cannot add my credit card from over seas it wont accept it. What now? is there a way to bypass the whole being in Korea because i cannot add a new card it will always tell me that its unvalid
