Unusual logins on all of my Microsoft accounts.

If you're getting failed logins across multiple Microsoft accounts, even after changing passwords, here’s how to fully secure them:

1. Reset passwords again — use strong, unique ones:

Go to https://account.live.com/password/reset for each account

Don’t reuse any passwords or slight variations

Make sure recovery emails and phones are correct: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage

2. Turn on Two-Step Verification (2FA):

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/security

Enable Two-Step Verification on all accounts

If you can, use different 2FA apps or devices per account

3. Check for suspicious devices:

Visit https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Look for any devices you don’t recognize

Select any you don’t own and remove them from your account

4. Remove old sign-in options:

Go to https://account.live.com/proofs/manage

Remove old devices, unused phone numbers, or emails

Check your authenticator app list too — remove anything unfamiliar

5. Review sign-in activity:

Visit https://account.microsoft.com/security → Sign-in activity

Mark any suspicious logins as “This wasn’t me”

6. For Minecraft:

Sign in at https://www.minecraft.net/login

Change the linked password and sign out of all sessions

This sounds like someone may still have access through linked services or old devices. Removing those and resetting everything should help block them completely.

Get a message from Microsoft to tell me they have found unusual activity on my account. I go to login into my account to fix my information. I login with the correct password. They ask for verification via phone number. The phone number I have on file no longer exist so I use the verification form. Fill out the form and says cannot confirm. Rinse and repeat.

I can not log into my migrated Mojang account. A code is not sent to my email address when I attempt to login after receiving a message which states that unusual activity was detected on my account.

it appears that the security code was sent in a spanish email (I'm in the US) and went directly to spam. Nice work Microsoft!

I want to get an adult certification for my son.

But I can't

After login with my account, when I click to I-PIN certification button, expose a error message on corresponding pop-up window.

actually im not able to have access to my account since my laptop broke but i have a gmail account of it but the problem is thay im not receiving any email from Microsoft and when i want to login it says:

We have detected unusual activity on your Microsoft account -#&#&@gmail.com, or believe your credentials are at risk.

For your security and to ensure only you have access to your account, we will ask you to verify your identity and change your password.
