    Unusual amount of updates, issue with xbox preview dashboard?


    I was advised to post here by the chat support team.

    I seem to get more updates than others (about once per week / 3-6 per month), but the preview app crashes, so i cannot check if I'm in the preview program.



    According to
    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/system/system-update-operating-system     the current update is:

    OS version: 6.2.11785.0 (xb_rel_1411.141104-1838) fre Release date 11/7/2014

    My version is: OS version: 6.2.11797.0 (xb_rel_1411.141124-1759) fre

    It is higher than the one reported on the website...



    My xbox one is purchased as used, and it is possible the previous owner was part of the preview program.

    I am in the preview program and i am inching closer to removing my Xbox from the preview program.

    These updates are getting annoying.

    I don't like using the instant on feature. I know that i should expect updates being that i am a preview member, but it has been getting ridiculousness with the amount of updates recently.

    Yeah, it sounds like your console is in the preview programme. There are updates most weeks, sometimes more often, and that version number sounds like the most recent preview update.

    This is a known issue. The preview update dashboard has not yet finalized use of racing wheels on the NXOE. They are continually working on it, and it will roll it out probably with a later update of the preview dashboard.

    For those who have sync and connectivity issues and are members of the dashboard preview go to settings->system and update your consoles. There is a new dashboard update fixing any issues!
