    hi im a bit concerned as i have recieved information about previous purchases to fifa, fortnite and gta 5. I have not purchased any of these. I have been charged on 2 seperate debit cards. I also have no idea what to do or how to contact xbox. Support is
    not very helpful for people with this problem. Is there anything i can do?

    To Bongkaos comment.

    I haven't gotten any e-mail response from Microsoft except the Unusual sign -in activity. Other than that Microsoft hasn't sent any communication. Why was there Unusual sign-in activity. What does that mean? I am still waiting to hear back from them.
    By the time they do respond, it appears that the 2 week suspension will be over.

    Worst customer support ever?

    There is sometimes something that will block it like you want. An automated fraud protection that kicks in when unusual activity happens. I don't know what defines unusual though.

    Is there anyone you know, or talk with, you might be able to file the case for you?

    Yes, first of all, go to your billing settings on your Xbox account either on your Xbox Console or through the browser and remove your payment details. Next up, contact Xbox Support with this query for a random charge that made to your Debit/Credit cards.
    Hopefully they would be able to sort it out for you!
