    I Purchased Gears of War ultimate last Christmas, I did not redeem my code to get Gears 2 and 3. I went back in to my messages and it was automatically deleted. my gamer tag is . could I please have a new message sent to me, or have this cleared
    up another way. Thank you

    I recently deleted a message thread from xbox live by mistake. The message thread had unused redeem codes. Is there anyway xbox can resend these messages?

    Regrettably, if the code has expired, it cannot be re-sent and will be unusable. Keep an eye on your Xbox Live Messages in future, there might be some nice surprises like this again! :)

    I accidentally deleted my "Messages from Xbox Live" conversation. Any way to get copies of those messages from say, the last 6 months or so?

    Once a message is deleted on Xbox Live it cannot be recovered. However if there are unused codes that were sent to your account from promotions, Official support may be able to assist in restoring those. Support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Change of Region Issue

    Well for one pakistan isn't a Xbox live region so Xbox live codes won't work in that region

    Did you change to UK ?

    If you did that would be why your physical location has to match your account region

    Changing to an non Xbox live region makes your account unusable

    If you are 100% sure that this is a 2 day Xbox Live code, then it might be that this is a promotional code which has a expiration date.

    Promotional codes become invalid after a certain time, so depending on where you got that code from and for how long it was unused, it might be that it's now expired and can't be used.

    If you bought the code just recently, return the code to the seller.
