Unused Accounts

They are recycling accounts which are unused, it takes time to see which accounts are unused and then recycle them for reuse again

unfortunately you cannot combine accounts (if that's what you're asking about). you can attempt to delete that account and then change the gamertag on the account you currently use, but it is not guaranteed that you will be able to get it. you can find

Actually, like I said, I'm not on a Family Plan. I've never had any sort of parent account issue before and I have no idea where this came from. As for the billing problem, I'll have to try that out now.

Hey there Babazooba! Alright, let's try sorting out what is going on here. First, a parent account cannot be added to an account once it's created. Are you using a secondary account on a Family Plan though?

As for your billing issue, you should try transferring your account balance to the new card. You can do this through
