Unusable console due to controller remaping mistake

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We recommend doing a soft factory reset on the Xbox One S. Normally, the console will need to initiate the factory reset from the settings. There is a way to access an offline troubleshooting menu on the
start up of the console. There is very specific way to get to the offline troubleshooting menu. We will list those steps below. Once the factory reset it selected, be sure to choose "Keep My Games & Apps." The factory reset will remove all Microsoft account,
but will keep all games and applications installed. Be sure to let us know the results!

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console. Make sure the BIND button is held down
   FIRST.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and
A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox. When prompted, select
Keep My Games & Apps.

it was only console bans that were being handed out as a mistake, not account suspensions. They are two different things. a console ban makes the console unusable.

It would probably be a remapping issue as it works in other games. Try remapping the controls.

I understand that you'd like to remap your Xbox controller while it's connected to an Android device via Bluetooth. While I know this might be unexpected, unfortunately, there’s currently no official way to remap controller buttons on Android. The Xbox Accessories app, which allows remapping, only works when the controller is connected via USB to a Windows PC or Xbox console.

If remapping is essential, you could connect the controller to a PC using a wired connection and configure it through the Xbox Accessories app. Just note that only certain controllers, like the Xbox Elite Series 2, can store remap profiles and carry them over when used with other devices.

A while ago, I made the switch from controller to mouse and keyboard. This could be due to the fact that being in IT, I use it more to begin with. There are pros and cons to both. The one think I miss from controller is having the minute adjustments available.
As in - I can walk slower by barely moving the stick, if I want to accelerate slowly, just pull in the trigger slower. Where as with mouse and keyboard, you can fully customize and remap controls - if I don't like pressing "c" for crouch, I (most of the time)
can remap it to "left control."
