Untouchable flash drive

Discus and support Untouchable flash drive in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So basically i configured my flash drive to "Xbox 360 recommendations" and realised that's the wrong flash drive, so i tried clicking Remove Xbox 360...     So basically i configured my flash drive to "Xbox 360 recommendations" and realised that's the wrong flash drive, so i tried clicking
    Remove Xbox 360 Storage but it circled for a bit and nothing happened. tried formatting and it says that windows failed, tried diskpart and it threw an I/O Error at me. Deleting files manually didn't help either.
    Any help on what can i do?

    Hello Domek,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. While this may be something that Xbox support would have trouble troubleshooting, I have found some steps that work from another forum.

    1. Click the start button,and the click control panel. In control panel click system icon and click the hardware tab.

    2.Click device manager and in the device manager window, click the
    "+" symbol next to "disk drives to access the various drives.

    3. Right click on your flash drive's letter or name.Select properties, and click the policies tab.

    4.Check the radio button next to, "optimize for better performance and click ok.


    5.Close control panel and try again to format
    your flash drive.

    These may be a little out dated (the post is from 2 years ago), but it did work for a lot of users.
