    Only an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions they issue and they do not use the forums.

    If you have not done so already, you can submit a case review, if qualified, at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and see if the Enforcement Team will lift the suspension. If you have already submitted a case review, and it was upheld, you will have to wait out the suspension.

    Call support, get an unauthorised access investigation opened. If it finds in your favour then your account is unbanned.
