    Unsure where to post this - store issue


    Hi,

    I have an xbox one and am trying to download xbox 460 games that are backwards compatible through the store as currently Burnout: Paradise is free.

    I have had this issue in the past and it simply gives me the message:

    "Sorry

    Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

    I have got past this before, however it required me spending a lot of time trying to talk something over with Microsoft staff. I do not believe that my location settings are in the wrong place, they are set to the UK.

    This is becoming extremely frustrating as it means that sometimes I am losing out on games with gold that I want to own and is making my subscription to Gold less and less appealing.

    Please someone help me resolve this issue once and for all, and please try to avoid telling me the obvious attempts at solutions as most have already been tried and do not work.
