    Unsure what is happening..


    Before going to bed last night I turned my Xbox one off and went to sleep at around 7:30 am. I hadn't turned it back on until 6:00 the next morning and now I have no audio or video but the Xbox still runs.. What is happening?

    Thanks for posting. This is an issue that we're aware of and the appropriate teams are investigating and doing what they can to resolve the issue. If/when we get more information, we'll be sure to update this thread and let you know.
