Unsure if Disc Drive issue

Discus and support Unsure if Disc Drive issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Apparently whenever I insert a disc from a Cold start it doesn't read the disc, usually I have to remove the disc and then reinsert... is this...     Unsure if Disc Drive issue


    Apparently whenever I insert a disc from a Cold start it doesn't read the disc, usually I have to remove the disc and then reinsert... is this foreshadowing to the inevitable replacement of my Xbox One or is it common?

    battlefield 3 problems

    That'll be it installed then. When you first boot up BF3 from disc one you're asked at the main menu if you want to install the HD texture pack but I'm unsure if this applies if you've already installed the entire disc to the hard drive.

    Loud wirring noise from 360 S

    Its called the disc drive running.

    Still unsure why 360s do it on startup though.

    My 360 S sometimes sounds louder than normal when the disc drive is running due to the side of the console vibrating against the top part.

    If you move it just a tiny bit it goes away.

    Are you in the Update Preview? If so, it's common.

    Do a power cycle. That is the current workaround until there is a proper update for this, confirmed to being worked upon.

    No it is pre April update at the moment... I'm actually trying some theories it's possible I've narrowed it down to strictly BF4 disc but I'll have to attempt it after it's cooled down from warm up state

    Thank you for telling me this. Other than that, are any Mini DVD's compatible with the Xbox One S? I am unsure if the disc drive can support them or not.
