    Hey guys today i bought call of duty black ops 1 and when i entered the disc to the xbox360 and run the game

    it say "unsupported disc" help?(sorry for the bad english)

    Hey there Dang,

    Sorry to hear you're still having issues playing Assassin's Creed.

    You might want to try:


    You may want to try deleting the game from your hard drive and redownloading it to a

    USB drive     and try running it from there.

    Hey there Doan!

    Just to be sure, did you try these steps in this order?:

    • Go to Settings > System > Storage, find the title update for Assassin's Creed Revelations and delete it.
    • Clear your system cache.
    • Restart your console.
    • Load up Assassin's Creed Revelations again and let it redownload the update.

    If you didn't try those exact steps in that order, try it in that order and let us know the results. Did you encounter any issues while performing those steps? What happens when you try to play Assassin's Creed Revelations now?

    Try installing your game. If it doesn't install then your disc is damaged.

    Sounds like your disc may be damaged. Install the game like I suggested.

    I didn't find any title update for Assasin's Creed Revelations in my storage. But I still deleted all of the saved game and followed that order. The same things still happened after I restarted the console. But I didn't see any update popped out like the
    first time. It only said Unsupported disc.

    Go to system settings, then to storage, then to Hard Drive (or what ever storage your using), then Games and Apps.

    Select the game you want to look at, then delete all current data not game saves though.

    put your disk back in and try it. game should work again.

    but you should download updates until nomore updates are available. Update help with many things, including game play and other media.
