    Unsuccessful purchase of subscriptions


    Yesterday I tried to buy a GOLD & GAME PASS subscriptions through a web site and the money was written off, but the site gave out an error. I tried a couple of times with different credit cards. But in the evening I still successfully bought a subscription
    from the console. I wanted to know if my money would be returned for those unsuccessful purchases? I made purchases in the Russian region.

    what still trying to withdraw money

    Was debited 13.07.2017 on Xbox Live, 599 RUB after 2 days of trying to re-charge, then again after 2 days of unsuccessful charges. For that try to charge when the subscription is paid 13.07.2017. Trying to cancel the auto-subscription is not possible. I

    Subscription cancelled but still asked for payment

    Hello,

    Earlier today I realised that I did not have the money to renew my Xbox live subscription, so I cancelled the subscription. However, I have just received an email saying that the renewal was unsuccessful. I can't pay the subscription fee which is why I cancelled
    it.

    I suggest you open up a ticket with Ubisoft, I had the same problem and they managed to give me my missing credits.
