I want to log out of the forum and do not receive more mail. In the mail you receive it says Unsubscribe: On the question, select the ellipsis (...) and then select Unsubscribe. I do not understand where

Are you saying that I was unsubscribed from XBL Gold at the time? The promotion was for signing up for XBL Rewards, not Gold.

yes, if you unsubscribe from ultimate, you'll have to renew the gold subscription.

If you are still getting charged and you canceled the subscription months ago, please contact Xbox Official Phone Support by going to
support.xbox.com/contact-us so they can run a Payment Instrument search for you. If you recently canceled your subscription, it may have just been the final payment for the previouse month of
Xbox Gold. You can check that at
account.microsoft.com/.../orders
