    I don't believe the subscription service is refundable due to a cancellation.

    For any matter concerning a refund you will need to contact Xbox via phone support.

    If you unsubscribe before the fourth month you can purchase the game pass for 3 months. You just need to unsubscribe. It could be difficult from the console. Use there website to unsubscribe.

    If you tell Xbox Support you're going to Sue...all they will do is give you the address to contact Microsoft Legal and end the call

    Keep calm and contact Xbox Support and kindly let them know that you're trying to cancel your sub and that you need their help and you'd like to get a refund
