Unsubscribe from Xbox non-English list?

How can I unsubscribe from whatever list has Xbox sending me messages in other languages?

I'm American and I've never owned an Xbox or any other Microsoft hardware. I've used Windows and I know there's some unwanted Xbox stuff in the OS, but it's nothing I actually use.

I'm getting messages from xbox(at)engage(dot)xbox(dot)com that are not in English. I'm not sure why I would get these messages in any language.

I looked through the message headers and source and it looks legit. I'm not sure it's even possible to be absolutely certain, but it's not asking for any information and it contains links to the Xbox support site.
