Unsubscribe from Beta Xbox One?

how do i unsubscribe? i am having major issues with one guide - every time i enter a zip code - NOTHING comes up - but areas outside of my area that do not have my provider show up.

I have Optimum TV - and cant get access. i ask xbox to change channels and it changes to completely different channels. Been on with tech support for 2 hours.

Any help??

Sorry you guys feel this way, but the download speed depends on how fast your internet connection is. There's really no way to make that process go any faster, and you guys agreed to help test. The beta wasn't to just "ooo" and "ahhh" at new changes, it's main
point at all times is to test the functionality on as many different types of consoles for compatibility. That is what the beta has always been for, sometimes things go wrong, and these "bugs" you're talking about is the point of testing to begin with.

In the future, if you don't want to deal with updates to a console that fix issues in the background then please don't apply for it. Unfortunately, now that you're in the beta program, there's no way to opt out or simply stop getting updates. If you guys have
any sort of issues with your updates or the dashboard in general please make sure you both post in the dashboard beta forums
here.

 

You unsubscribe using the registration app. Be advised you will stay in the current wave and will only opt out of future waves. Please report bugs via the Early Access foruns

 

Just like 24hrs wrote, you unsubscribe on the console and you're out on the next wave, I opted out and I have not received any updates since.
