I have the beta preview of xbox one Updates.

I have some problem currently.

After some uses,some bugs appear:

• I can't play or use applications
• My profil load Indefinitely
• after 2 minutes, the screen is totally freezing

Only a rester with the pushing of the xbox button (10 seconds) solves the problem, but it returns after.

What Can I do ?

Do you think that the problem is the beta preview ?

If it is, How a can unsubscribe ?
