Hi Team,

[Mod Removed] gamertag to this person said he won't help his fellow gamers as unsporting behaviour and won't respect the guidelines and regulations.

I told him its part of the T&Cs and he said no he won't help out, and so I did my best to ask him to read the fine print and he still won't read the contract.

So can you warn him that if he doesn't help out including his team to help new gamers out that he'll be booted or suspended for 6 months. Cause I listened to the rules he doesn't and being very ignorant. Please chat to this gamer and get back to me on

I'm not following as to what contract your referring to, especially one that would require that they help new gamers.

As already stated, if there is a violation of the code of condcut, report the gamer. You can not force a gamer to help you, you may think it unsporting but it is up to each player how they play a game. It also depends on the game you are playing. If you
don't like the way a certain gamer plays, you can block them and you should not be teamed up with them in future.

You should file a report or player feedback via the console against their gamertag for this kind of behaviour.

Also. Suspensions are unique to the individual. Not everyone gets a "6 month" suspension automatically. In fact a suspension that long takes a lot of work beforehand. Keep in mind to that bans and suspensions are also confidential so you would never know
what another person received as a punishment.
