Unsolvable Pyramid Games

Is it my imagination, or are there Pyramid games which are unsolvable. For example, the top two cards are a 6 and a 7, but you run out of those cards before you get there and there is no way to eliminate two cards which are on top of one another!!

Pyramid of 16.11.2016 is unsolvable?

In my opinion the second step pyramid of 11.16.2016 is unsolvable. Can anyone tell me if I'm wrong, and where am I wrong?

Microsoft Solitaire Star Club Wild West Unsolvable

The wild west star club collection is unsolvable with the pyramid expert needs a score of 2940 but the 3rd board is unsolvable with 4 10s on the board and a 3 in the top space and 2 10s on the 4th row leaving you short on points with 2860 which is 80 points
short of the goal. looking online for the solution shows it use to be solvable but an update changed that game in the pyramid set and the poster has been trying to contact support for almost a year with the last attempt a week ago.

Are you talking about daily challenges, events, or just regular pyramid games?

All daily games and event puzzles are solvable, although you might not be able to complete a specific board (in other words, you may not have to finish the first board to solve the puzzle).

And if there are a 6 and 7 at the top, you need to save a 7 and 6 to use on them - no matter how tempting it may be to use them on others 6s and 7s.

all games are NOT solvable. No way this side of heaven can you complete a pyramid when three 8's are sitting on top of two 5's. this happens more times than anyone cares to admit

All daily games and event puzzles are solvable, although you might not be able to complete a specific board (in other words, you may not have to finish the first board to solve the puzzle).

And if there are a 6 and 7 at the top, you need to save a 7 and 6 to use on them - no matter how tempting it may be to use them on others 6s and 7s.

That seems to be a bug within the game itself Daneya. I can't suggest ant troubleshooting. I have checked and others are having the issue as well, so I'll suggest you reach out to the game support if you can (I can't find a link for them)
