Unsolvable, but Microsoft sais they are all solvable, I beg to differ

Hi, I have a challenge, try to solve this Pyramid hand from May 29, 2018. I have been playing this game for years, but this one has me stumped.

NOT all solvable

I was excited to play the solvable games as Klondike and pyramids are the two that have unsolvable games. However my first game of solvable Klondike at Grandmaster level showed almost straight away that it could not be solved. Ii wasn't hard to see as there
were only two choices. Very disappointing as I love my cards. I set out years ago to prove that the hard level of Spider is solvable and I succeeded.

Klondike Grandmaster can be solved like this: you need to maximize your opportunities and refuse to accept random draws- when a draw comes up, unless it contains at least two aces, keep pumping New Game until you do. Aces give you a chance to start your suit stacks, and speeds it up. Also, concentrate on longest stacks first: I'm left-handed, so that's on my right. If you pass an important card, just reverse until you get it. Solution gives you a point score of 660.

I've been playing Microsoft Mahjong daily challenge for a couple a years now.

It's fun playing this game.

Sometimes is easy, sometimes it's difficult, but it was always solvable until yesterday.

Yesterday's lightning tiles challenge (August 16, 2021) is unsolvable.

It's obvious that I'm not the only one who came to this unfortunate conclusion.

Because there are of lot of other people who came to the same conclusion.

Daily challenges should be solvable. It doesn't matter if it's difficult, but they should be solvable. That's the definition of a puzzle, it's solvable.

Please Microsoft, do us players a favor and make this unsolvable lightning tile challenge solvable.

I believe that you're referring to the Microsoft Solitaire game, correct?

Based on their support article below, it says:
"All games in: Daily Challenges, Events, Star Club, and easy to grandmaster classic games are solvable. Random difficulty in classic games could be unsolvable."

After 6 hours of trying I finally got this sucker. Second board is unsolvable. After the 3rd board which is solvable I had ten 10's. I only needed one 10 on the 4th board to win.

Tried this. But it's impossible to get to the 5 spades as it's got the 6 spades in the way and no way to change the cards before it. I do think it must be insolvable.
