    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today with Xbox support. My membership renewed June 10th. I was billed on that date with the full funds taken out of my account. Today my husband tried to download the free game that comes with the
    gold membership and it was telling him he did not have xbox live. After spending almost an HOUR on the phone with support he was told that his membership had been suspended(for no apparent reason!). So to "make up" for it they emailed us 10 month worth of
    live codes. Well, let's do the math. It is July, ten months puts us in April. Thanks for messing up on your end Xbox and STILL after an hour it was not fully rectified. We got ripped off and there's nothing we can do about it. Very very disappointed.

    Maybe the steps are different in the USA.

    This is the email that I received from XBOX Customer Service:

    [table][tr][td]Wait for the call from service centerService center will call you and arrange a pick up at your location. If you don’t get a call within two days, please contactXbox Support.     Hi there,

    I advise to contact Xbox Support (Or MS Support Chat) again and explain the situation. Maybe someone made a miscalculation on their end. Also have the reference number present from that last call, that may help.

    Normally you wouldnt get any compensation as once your account has been banned you forfeit everything if it is only a temporary suspension you wouldnt even get the missed time back

    So id be happy with whatever you got becauzs it isnt normal policy

    And no you cannot be baned for no reason you will have to post in the suspension forums for further info

    If you were suspended for payment option then you need to update your creditcard info
