    Poor experience with XBOX 360 service.

    After much hassle, created a service request, paid for it and received an email saying that I will be contacted in one or two days time to arrange for courier pick up.

    Been waiting for more than 1 week for that call. Contacted your chat support, who basically wasted my 40 minutes without giving me any answer whatsoever. Got it escalated two days ago and nothing happens since then as far as I'm concerned other than two
    emails saying "my concern are being passed on to some other team"....

    I just need to know when will someone pick up my console for repair (which is already paid for in advance)? In case the numbers I pasted above is unclear: the service request #
    1309712586.

    Unsatisfactory service

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today with Xbox support. My membership renewed June 10th. I was billed on that date with the full funds taken out of my account. Today my husband tried to download the free game that comes with the
    gold membership and it was telling him he did not have xbox live. After spending almost an HOUR on the phone with support he was told that his membership had been suspended(for no apparent reason!). So to "make up" for it they emailed us 10 month worth of
    live codes. Well, let's do the math. It is July, ten months puts us in April. Thanks for messing up on your end Xbox and STILL after an hour it was not fully rectified. We got ripped off and there's nothing we can do about it. Very very disappointed.

    Unsatisfactory Service Experience

    You shouldn't post personal information on the forums. This includes service request numbers.

    You would need to contact the courier and arrange a pick up/delivery time. The courier information should have been sent to the email address associated with your gamertag (check your junk/spam folders) or you should be able to get it directly from the
    repair website.

    If you cannot find this information then please contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    There is no contact number to call. The email confirmation said that I will be contacted the next day. There is also nothing in my junk box, I checked everyday!

    Maybe the steps are different in the USA.

    This is the email that I received from XBOX Customer Service:
