Unruly Bans

I was banned from communications for a comment said 10/3/18 and I Filed a case review but it was upheld and I was looking for help to get the ban lifted or shortened?

because lets face it says contact us on forum , but your just moderators , you dont work for xbox and thus can only give repedative answers , so why under the contact us section am i talking to some1 who has no authority to do anything for me , thats why
you will neither answer my question nore agree , even though you cant admit it you know im making a good point

i want some1 to talk to me about it not a robotic answer from a fellow xbox player/moderator , should i take abuse then also a ban ? answer the question plz ????????????????????????? if i want abuse ill talk to my misses , wen some1 swears at me yeah they
will get a moody msg back , hell yeah i wont be bullied , you know how many times ive reported racist , abusive wrongens , well over 50 times with not one response , this dont work , but your still happy to take my hard earned money , im angry some1 from xbox

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspension and if they already upheld their decision there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

 

Unfortunately there's nothing else to be done. That's all taken care of by enforcement and it sounds like you already tried the case review. Sorry man!

 

Only the enforcement team can help you with bands and they don't few these forms, You will need to reach out to them again if you wanna shorten The ban

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. You can only submit 1 review and since you've already done so, there is nothing else you can do.

 

I contacted an agent and they said that the enforcement team controlls forums and they said the e team could do something

 

Sorry, but they gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team stopped using the forums when they created the enforcement site a couple of years ago. The case review is the only way to possibly have a suspension lifted.
