yesterday whilst playing world of tanks a player said to me turn your ###### mic down, continued to swear at me , i send him a msg saying with no swearing , turn your volume down , i come on today to a 7 day ban , if your going to police this xbox live at
least get your facts right , as rage quiters and idiots can report who they like and you ban willy nilly , i pay good money for what is a byass out of date way of policing , id like to spk to an xbox associate plz , who agrees?

Only the enforcement team can help you with bands and they don't few these forms, You will need to reach out to them again if you wanna shorten The ban

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspension and if they already upheld their decision there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

i want some1 to talk to me about it not a robotic answer from a fellow xbox player/moderator , should i take abuse then also a ban ? answer the question plz ????????????????????????? if i want abuse ill talk to my misses , wen some1 swears at me yeah they

because lets face it says contact us on forum , but your just moderators , you dont work for xbox and thus can only give repedative answers , so why under the contact us section am i talking to some1 who has no authority to do anything for me , thats why

I already know I am not enforcement team or an xbox employee. enforcement team deals with the enforcement actions while us deal with the troubleshooting etc. I am volunteer nothing more, nothing less.

you're selecting the community chat correct? select chat with xbox support or call via phone.

 

before i go let me just say , why on earth is this forum under the '' contact us '' section , im not speaking with xbox bud just a fellow player , if us is non xbox then why the hell am i here ;-)
