Unrightfully suspended, but I have EVIDENCE

Very recently I was suspended from Xbox live for cheating, though I wasn't the one who cheated. Also, I have proof about my innocence, in the form of a clip that was recorded when I "cheated". The clip shows me go into public matchmaking on Call of Duty,
and I get placed into a modded lobby that changes my stats permanently. I couldn't control the fact that this happened. I am also the only one out of all of my friends who was suspended. This is clearly a misunderstanding, but I don't expect the enforcement
team or the automated system for banning to notice the fact that it isn't my own doing.

I have contacted support, and submitted a case review to the enforcement team only to have it rejected right away.

Because of the terrible timing of this suspension and the unfairness of it, I have been fighting to have it lifted, but to no avail. If there is anyone on the forums who can actually help me, I would appreciate it greatly. I know there are rules in place
where only the enforcement team is even allowed to look at my suspension details, but I also know that there are actual humans working at Microsoft, and if there is any opportunity for me to fix this I will take it. Maybe a phone call to an enforcement team
member? That may be somewhat of an exception, but I can assure you my case is also an exception.

I have been suspended 6 times on Xbox, Am I allowed to request evidence when this happens? Or is there evidence already provided?

Suspension affecting all other account's on xbox one

I was unrightfully suspended on my account because of spam of angry children I played against and in suspension it has banned all my other family's accounts and friend accounts on my xbox. The suspension states this specific account but it's
jurisdiction has succeeded and is giving the same penalties to my other accounts when I check the other accounts histories and they have a perfect record? So please help me fix this glitch. Thank you

 

Sorry, nobody here is able to help you, as the forums (and Xbox Support) do not assist with suspension issues, and the Enforcement team does not post here.

The only official way to contact Enforcement is through a case review. If your case review has been rejected, then there is nothing else you can do but sit out the rest of the suspension.
