So I recently requested to become a Xbox ambassador, and I checked all the boxes accept one, it said I had a prior Enforcement action against my account , and yes I did but it was a wrongful accusation. I was wondering if there's anyway I can get it off
my account

Banned

i was unrightfully banned heres the case number [Mod Removed] i just got the xbox 1 and i want to play but i got banned for no reason

unrightfully banned

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.

It doesn't matter who starts the fight

If you retailiate in anyway that breaks the terms of use you will be punished

And yes it doesn't matter how many times they report you it takes a violation for an suspension to be issued

Since you havd multiple violations you would think you would learn better about keeping your communications rated e for everyone

Any enforcement action stays on your record permanently & will not be removed.

You can not become an ambassador if you have had any enforcement action on your account.

There's nothing you can do to get it removed i'm afraid.

The reason your suspended should be on your account!

If you feel you were unrightfully suspended contact microsoft support!

We in this community forum here are only gamers like you and I. Therefore we have no insight into your enforcement case, and the Enforcement Team does not monitor these forums.

Since we also don't see your custom gamerpic we can't really help with that case.

But be aware that every report is being reviewed by a real human being in the Enforcement Team, and if someone "unrightfully" reports you for something, and it does NOT violate the Microsoft Code of Conduct, then nothing will happen.

Since the Enforcement Team did act on the report, there probably was something violating the CoC.

If someone is offended then there's not much you can do. I just try to get them as clean as possible.
