unrightfully banned

I am emailed by you guys two days after receiving a two week ban that my account is now permanently banned. This will be my THIRD account that has been banned forever. This account was inactive for over a year and it's last two week ban before this year
was 2015. It DOES NOT LET ME submit a case review. I do not harass or curse at people on xbox, I only reply to people who msg me, so this is pretty ridiculous. GT is : Juslayin

Both Xtye and Daft are correct. You need to post your message here
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx. Enforcement never reads this forum. If you know that some of your friends cheat and even if by accident you were in their lobby when the cheats were activated they will issue a suspension.

 

well technically there is no email for xbox

Not sure who you emailed but there is no option unless you are referring to noreply email you get for enforcement

You do realize that's a bot right hence why it's no reply and you would get you cant reply to this email

Now if the ban was issued a year ago then no that's beyond the limitation of the review

If you check your enforcement.xbox.com history you can see the reason and dates

Keep in mind past suspensions don't mean that further suspensions won't occur

If you kept to the terms of use you wouldn't have this issue

Why can't you be like 99.9% of live and follow the rules it's that simple

This is for Support not enforcement issues

If the perm suspension was issued a while ago you went past the case review date

Also should be noted perm suspensions can occur during multiple violations of the terms of use

And yes multiple suspensions will lead to a perm ban

 

MMaybe you should read the terms of use

It would save you a lot of money

Follow the rules 99.9% of live users have no issues with the rules why can tyou?

 

I follow the rules, clown. The point is that because my skill level is much higher than other players, they choose to msg me. Guys like you, troll me with messages and I just reply simple non threatening or abusive messages, yet I am being banned. Maybe
you should've read my first message, it would save me the hassle of having to explain to you that I didn't email anybody. Xbox emailed me two days after emailing me that I was banned for two weeks. Except the second email let me know I was permanently banned
... again I cant submit a case review because their system is a joke. Seems like they have guys like you running enforcement .. clowns

 

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.

It doesn't matter who starts the fight

If you retailiate in anyway that breaks the terms of use you will be punished

And yes it doesn't matter how many times they report you it takes a violation for an suspension to be issued

Since you havd multiple violations you would think you would learn better about keeping your communications rated e for everyone

And yes spam is a violation

You only can contact the pet in the enforcement page

And lif the suspension is over a year it expired

With your multiple violations you better learn to read the terms of use

You complain yet you cant understand the basics

Doesnt matter who starts the fight you shouldve used the tools you been given

As your repeat suspensions you obviously haven't learned

Hiding curse or implying words don't make any violations immune that's what you aren't getting

And multiple suspensions only end badly for you

If you keep pushing and getting more suspensions you should read the perm ban section it will only get worse
