Unrightfully banned and ignored.

My account BadAzz Genovese was banned aswell as my Xbox slim was console banned on April 28th.
I was permanently banned from the Xbox Live service for "sharing or selling personal info/phishing"
I have called many support agents frequently to get this resolved because I feel accused of sharing info I never have before.
I have been ignored for over a month by Xbox agents.
I never shared, exchanged, or spoken to anyone about anyone's personal information.
It is unacceptable for me to be banned for a thing I never done.
I also requested from the Xbox Enforcement team to show me evidence of me allegedly "sharing personal info/phishing", they continue to ignore me.
I am paying for a service and I am not receiving it. I never did what Xbox is penalizing me for.
I find this a violation of the Cunsumer Protection Act and my Consumer rights.
Since no one from Xbox wants to resolve this in a business fashion I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Xbox.
I am willing to go further legally however I am looking for a more reasonable resolution.
I am seeking to be unbanned.
Please get back to me.

It doesn't matter who starts the fight

If you retailiate in anyway that breaks the terms of use you will be punished

And yes it doesn't matter how many times they report you it takes a violation for an suspension to be issued

Since you havd multiple violations you would think you would learn better about keeping your communications rated e for everyone

 

The support agents can literally do nothing for you. the only people that can help are the enforcement team.

You are no longer paying for the service as it's terminated when you are banned.

Per the Terms of Service you agreed to Microsoft has the right to terminate your account whenever they want.

Talk to a lawyer, they will laugh at you.

 

Please refrain from posting as I am waiting for the XBLPET to contact me.

They are breaching Consumer rights the Consumer Protection Act and other laws. If they ban for a reason not done, that is very wrong.

However only let the XBLPET post.
