Unresponsive Xbox elite 2 controller

My buttons are unresponsive, My right stick dosent work, my left stick, my A button, my Y button, my X button, my B button. What do i do

Is this happening with all games or only a few games?

I saw that you posted this on the Xbox on Windows forum. The controller is not working on your PC? Have you tested it on other PC or a Xbox console?

I'm nit sure though my elite series 2 had some issues, I had unresponsive buttons and stick drift, I took mine back to the store, but they had not elite controllers in stock I got the Razer ultimate edition instead and I'm loving it at the moment

im having this issue as well. Controller becomes unresponsive and i have to pull the batteries out. Tried updaing the controller through the settings but still freezes. Elite controller works fine.

I understand your frustration about having a controller that you paid good money for suddenly stop working, and don't want to take away from the fact that this shouldn't happen. However, Microsoft has already stated that there are problems with this controller.
It is a shame that your warranty ran out before this happened, because then there would be much less of a problem. I have spent 15 minutes looking this problem up and have found nothing that seems relevant to your situation. I hope that you can find something
to help with this predicament, but it seems like you just drew the short straw on this one.
