    Unresponsive dashboard Xbox one X


    I am having and issue with the system not functioning.I can not get it to work the dashboard doesn't respond to clicking on anything....shows I clicked but completely unresponsive can't even get games/apps...I did several hard resets,1 master reset keeping
    games and 1 more wiping it out...... I sometimes can get it to work for a bit then go es right back again soon after.. I called support and they said wait till preview update and if that don't work needs repaired....Has any one else gone though this before?

    xbox dashboard unresponsive

    finally got factory reset to work after mashing the A button, hopefully this fixes the issue...

    unable to select anything, I can see that the A button works, xbox is just unresponsive. I've tried hard resetting several times, with no luck. and since im unable to select any options factory reset is also out. any other suggestions? cuz im out of ideas....

    Xbox One X Freezing, Lagging, Crashing

    I've now factory reset my Xbox one X and after following the prompts I am met with the error code 0x80080005, I am told to visit a website and input the code but apparently it doesn't exist. I am also met with a slow and unresponsive menu/dashboard.

    If your right stick is automatically going up your controller might be suffering from stick drift and a repair/replacement is needed

    Do you have any other controller you can use to see if it is still automatically going up ?

    As for the dashboard not being responsive, could you try to delete your profile and download it again ?

    Dashboard redesigned again. Great, it'll get even slower and more unresponsive.......

    Have Microsoft finally realised how slow and unresponsive the dashboard is and we are going to go back to the 'blade' dashboard???
