Unresponsive Controller During Streaming

I am getting VERY angry to the point I want to shove this xbox down the their throat. The controller goes unresponsive when streaming my gameplay through the Windows 10 app "Xbox". I am using G Force Headset on a desktop PC. I have the name brand controller
(Wireless with the USB cable) and the controller will just suddenly STOP working when playing a game.

Example: If Im running and shooting on The Division, the controller will just stop and the character continues to run and shoot without me being able to do anything else.

The ONLY way to fix the issue is to stop streaming and start it again on the windows 10 app. It's mortally pissing me off.

Cutting out while naming character

When I try to name a Character in Dragon Ball Xenoverse my controller becomes completely unresponsive. It only does it during that, but haven't tested on other games.

Is there anyway to calibrate the wireless 360 controller for PC (Win 10).

Greetings. I just got this controller for some racing games on the PC. It seems very unresponsive, or slow in responding, especially when turning during racing games. Is there somewhere or somehow to calibrate the controller, outside of non existing controller
settings in-game?

Does the controller work normally on the Xbox One? Are you streaming wirelessly or wired from PC and Xbox? Have you tried doing a clean boot to see if that helps with your streaming? To do a clean boot on your Windows machine please see
this link. See if that resolves your issue. If it does then it's a service or application causing the issues.

Yes THIS IS MY EXACT PROBLEM too! Also happens alot when Im playing the division but has happened in other games. I have tried every fix and troubleshooting, Ive used different controllers and wires and wireless adaptors, new video cards, new routers, uninstalled
and reinstalled the app, updated drivers and controller firmware. EVEN A SYSTEM WIPE OF MY COMPUTER! nothing FIXES THIS PROBLEM. This is clearly Microsoft hardware being terrible. UPDATE THIS PLEASE YOUR MAKING MY GAMES UNPLAYABLE!

The little buttons on the back that slide up and down to control how far down the triggers can go have both fallen down inside the controller, the joystick has become unresponsive, and it keeps disconnecting from the xbox during play.

This is an odd one, my controllers have been disconnecting recently as well but for never more than a few seconds at a time, and maybe only once during excessive use. For it to randomly become unresponsive for longer periods makes me believe it may be
a hardware issue?

I just bought the covert forces controller and I'm experiencing the same issue. The d pad is unresponsive. I'm currently in possession of the controller and retail packaging, and it's still unresponsive.
