    As per our call in the past, I'm doing a follow up to make sure your issue has been resolved. If you do not respond within 48 hours I will consider your issue resolved.

    If you would like to discuss further when you are able to troubleshoot please visit support.xbox.com/contact-us and contact one of our support representatives by chat or phone.

    If I do not hear from you I will consider your issue resolved and you may receive an email survey in a few days asking you for feedback regarding your Xbox support experience. I would appreciate if you could find a few minutes to let us know your thoughts and
    if there's anything we can do to improve the service. Thank you.

    What a bunch of ***. You made promise you never kept after numerous calls. You did nothing to fix the issue except tell me that my windows phone is not compatable with windows. You people suck ***

    Disconnected from XBOX live

    The account is the one i am useing here. And just last night again i was PROMISED it will be taken care off right away. Another top person promised to resolved this problem and conntact me in less than 72 hours, but that is the 3rd time i have been promised
    that. And also told 3 times befor i would get contacted, so far xbox support ifs full of unkept promises!! The support number that was given is----1163289575, it is the second one issued-some how the first one disapeared,lol. I am very unhappy and a very upset
    father, Xbox has made a lot of money off of me over the years through my kids, and the first big problem that shows up you totaly have failed!!!

    When i try and play fallout 4 on my xbox one im stuck in the beginning loading screen before you even get to the title menu.
