    Oh boy, another day, another person calling me a racial slur or something! 7th person Ive reported for calling me a slur, this time it was just pure hate speech in a voice message, "[mod removed]", and guess what? No ban! Person messaging me back just fine and the message was never deleted, boy do I LOVE XBOX!(I dont, this is clearly sarcasm, please fix your system, im trying my best to not just start botting microsoft to insult children.)

    Hello AAIQ, I am sorry that this has happened, but in cases like this the report must be made through the Xbox platform where the Enforcement department responsible will act depending on the case.

    Yeah wrong place you need to go to the support forums or explain what you need help with. We dont have the tools to look up SR numbers

    That doesn't help at all. I am sick of watching Netflix on my days off and after about 6 episodes I get disconnected from Netflix and then this error code pops up. it is really annoying!
