    Unresolved NAT Issues


    I followed the instructions through the NAT Issues post on the 360 forums, but I am still unable to connect in-game.

    I think the issue is that I'm not actually using a router/modem - I'm connecting through a Netgear Wireless N150 Access Point WN604 to an unknown provider that's provided within my flat. Connecting directly to the ethernet port does not help in any way either.
    My 360 is an old one, insofar as it will only connect via an ethernet cable.

    When I run the connection test, I can connect to the network, internet and LIVE but it says that my NAT settings are moderate; I cannot access any online content in-game. I have accessed my wireless access point's admin page but there is no option to enable
    UPnP (I don't believe it's supported on this model) and there is no setting for port forwarding/NAT/DMZ etc.

    Mine is the only XBox connected to this access port, but I do not know if there are others in other flats, and I'm connecting from the UK.

    random disconnects

    If you set up a DMZ for one xbox the other one will have an unresolvable NAT issue.

    Do the direct to modem connection and see if you disconnect before you change any of the router settings. Don't want to force a console to have NAT issues if it's not necessary.

    Yeah wrong place you need to go to the support forums or explain what you need help with. We dont have the tools to look up SR numbers
