    Hello folks, I recently spoke to Ron S via your online chat service as since release i have been unable to play AW online. I have tried every trouble shooting we can think of yet my attempts to contact Ron have fallen on deaf ears. My case ID is SRX
    [Mod Removed] and I would really appreciate someone dealing with this as after paying £60 for the game i'd love to be able to play it!

    already tried will help us narrow down some suggestions for you.

    First off, without knowing anything else, let me ask - have you performed the necessary Port Forwarding on your router? If not, I'll give you the info on which ports need to be forwarded (including a couple of Call of Duty-specific ports that Activision
    uses.)

    Every game i play i get a message saying "you must have an active xbox live account in order to play online matches" and then kicks me out. I've tried port forwarding, direct connection, re-installing game, reloading profile but nothing changes. No other
    game is affected but this one!

    Hey there Pr0viNG4Gr0uNDz!

    I'm sorry to see the odd issues there and apologies for the delay!

    My first question is if the issue is still occurring? If so let's try following some of these steps below to power cycle the Xbox One console, which will clear the system cache.

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
    • Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back in and power on.
    After following those steps, check if the issue persists. If the issue persists, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Hover over the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare tile and press the Menu button on your controller.
    • On the pop up menu, select 'Manage Game'.
    • Navigate to the 'Havoc DLC' tile and press the menu button on your controller to uninstall the Havoc DLC.
    • Once the DLC has fully uninstalled, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Power back on and navigate back to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's Manage Game screen.
    • Reinstall Havoc from the 'Ready to Install' menu.

    What I did was completely uninstalled the base game and the dlc, cleared the cache and downloaded everything all over again and that fixed my issue. Deleting, reinstalling the DLC its self and clearing the cache did not work.

    Also when installing xbox one games from disc, its best to do it while in offline mode because it takes way longer to install for some reason when you're connected online.
