    Problem is though, if you have to open the device, you void your warranty. Therefore it's considered unremovable. You could quite easily remove the battery from an iPhone and it isn't glued or screwed in but it's still not considered to be a removable battery.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that your subscription is in a suspended state but you would like to purchase another subscription. Unfortunately, we can only recommend the 2 options given to you by Xbox support. You can either
    pay the past due subscription or wait it out until it cancels itself. As a side note, keep in mind that most online subscriptions have the auto-renewal feature turned on automatically. This is the case for most subs that require you to keep your payment option
    on file, not only Microsoft/Xbox.
